RAK Properties is a real estate developer specialising in contemporary, carefully crafted communities in Ras Al Khaimah, the northernmost emirate of the UAE. It was established in 2005, born from the vision of His Highness Sheikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi, and its IPO that year was oversubscribed almost 57 times.
Its flagship is Mina, a waterfront destination on the Arabian Gulf that takes in the man-made Hayat and Raha islands. Around the homes sit the Anantara and InterContinental resorts, Lagoon Marina, and a Nikki Beach resort due in 2027. A Four Seasons resort with private residences and the first Armani-branded beach villas have also been announced.
The company plays a part in Ras Al Khaimah's Vision 2030, with an emphasis on economic, social and environmental value, and publishes an annual sustainability report in line with ADX ESG guidance.
